Touted (incorrectly) by Paragon as “the world’s first interactive comic book,” this is a fun side-scrolling action game featuring none other than Spider-Man and Captain America. Use their superpowers in over 30 battles to stop the fearsome Dr. Doom and his villains from blowing up New York City. Aside from good gameplay, the game also came with a nice limited edition comic book. – Review By HOTUD

๐ Notes Link to heading
The game beeps when it won’t allow you to perform an input. If you can’t walk any closer to the edge of the screen, the game tells you. Sometimes, it also stops you from jumping too close to the corner because the jumps have a fixed length. The forward and backward jumps have different lengths and this makes jumping near the corners feel really bad, and retreating hard. You can’t even perform some attacks in the corners because your sprite shifts backwards and the game dislikes that. The hitboxes are terrible, and in some cases you want a smaller hitbox than your opponent because they’re inside you and if you move away you’ll get hit.
